Joining a KEZAYO meeting takes less than a minute and needs no installation. This guide covers joining from a link, from a code, and from the app.
Steps to join a meeting
- Open the meeting link you were sent, or go to the Join page and type the meeting code.
- Enter your name when asked. If you are signed in, your name is filled in for you.
- Allow the browser to use your microphone and camera when prompted, or choose to join without them.
- Check your preview, then press Join. If the host uses a waiting room, wait to be admitted.
- Once inside, use the controls at the bottom to mute, turn video on or off, open chat and leave.
Tips
- Use Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox for best results.
- Join from a quiet place and use headphones to avoid echo.
- If audio or video fails, check the browser’s site permissions.
