Host webinars your audience can find
Every plan includes webinars — free for up to 125 attendees. Share a registration page, rehearse in a practice session, go live in one click, and take questions from the audience.
A stage for your speakers
Panelists present; attendees watch and listen. Attendees have no camera or mic, can’t see each other, and see a live audience count.
- Panelists on stage, attendees watch-only
- Promote an attendee to panelist — they get a request and must accept
- Q&A, raise hand and chat to panelists
- Practice session for panelists before you go live
Fill the room before you go live
Each webinar gets its own registration page. Every registrant receives a secure, personal join link — the room itself is never public.
- Registration page to share anywhere
- Personal join link per registrant (registration required)
- Live seat count against your capacity
- Registrant list with CSV download

Questions, answered
How many attendees can a webinar have?
Free: 125. Starter: 250. Pro: 300. Business: 500. A single bigger webinar can be bought per event (up to 2,500); larger events are arranged with our team.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, can host webinars up to its included attendee count at no charge.
Can attendees join without an account?
Yes — they register with their name and email (no account needed) and get a personal join link straight away. When you go live, that link takes them straight in as an attendee.
Where do I create a webinar?
On the Webinars page in your account. Webinars created there get the registration page, personal join links, practice session and Go live. A meeting scheduled with Meeting type: Webinar gives you the webinar room (attendees join with mic and camera off) but no registration or practice session.
Is the webinar recorded?
The host can record locally from the control bar; everyone sees a recording indicator. Cloud recording is not available yet.
