For organisations

Meetings your whole organisation can rely on

Set policies once and every member’s meetings follow them. Roles are decided on the server, accounts can use two-step sign-in, and Business takes a meeting to 300 people.

Controls decided on the server

A participant can’t make themselves host by tampering with their browser — authority comes from the meeting, the invite and the signed-in account.

  • Meeting authority derived server-side; forged host flags are rejected
  • Waiting room, meeting lock, passcodes and guest access switch
  • Revoke a session and that device is signed out immediately
  • Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app or passkey
  • Media encrypted in transit (DTLS-SRTP) over HTTPS/TLS

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do you support SSO or SCIM?

Not yet. Members sign in with email and password and can add two-step sign-in (authenticator app or passkey). Tell us if SSO is a must-have — it helps us prioritise.

Where are recordings stored?

Only on the computer of the person who records. KEZAYO does not upload or store meeting recordings, and cloud recording is not available yet.

How big can meetings and webinars be?

Participants per meeting — Free and Starter: 100. Pro: 150. Business: 300. Webinar attendees — Starter: 250. Pro: 300. Business: 500. A single bigger webinar (up to 2,500) can be paid per event from your wallet. For anything larger, ask about Live events or talk to us.

Can we get help rolling out?

Yes — contact our team and we will help you choose a plan, set up your organisation and configure policies.
