1. Purpose
This policy ensures KEZAYO Meet remains a safe and reliable platform for all users. By using the Service, you agree to follow these guidelines.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Distribute illegal content
- Harass, threaten or bully others
- Share malware or malicious code (including in chat file sharing)
- Infringe intellectual property
- Record people without the consent the law requires
- Spam participants or registrants
- Bypass or attack security controls, or tamper with the apps
- Fake attendance, use bots or multiple accounts to earn Audience Partner rewards
- Create fake reviews or disputes in the marketplace
3. Meeting Conduct
Hosts are responsible for conduct in their meetings. Participants who violate meeting rules may be removed. Hosts must comply with local recording-consent laws.
4. Resource Fair Use
Automated joining, capacity abuse and intentional service disruption are prohibited. We reserve the right to limit abusive usage.
5. Reporting Violations
Report violations to [email protected], or open a support ticket from Help in your account. Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports and may suspend accounts for violations.
6. Consequences
Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, removal from a meeting, restrictions on marketplace or earning features, account suspension or a permanent ban. Earnings obtained through fraud may be withheld.
