Community Guidelines

Last updated: October 2026

Help keep KEZAYO Meet safe and respectful for everyone. Please follow these guidelines whenever you host or join.

On this page

  1. 1. Respectful Conduct
  2. 2. Meeting Security
  3. 3. Recording Consent
  4. 4. Content Policy
  5. 5. Hosting Webinars and Paid Audience Campaigns
  6. 6. Creators
  7. 7. Paid Audience (Audience Partners)
  8. 8. Reporting
  9. 9. Enforcement

1. Respectful Conduct

Harassment, hate speech, discrimination and bullying are not allowed in meetings. Hosts have full authority to remove any participant who violates this.

2. Meeting Security

Keep your meetings secure:

  • Don’t share private meeting links publicly
  • Use a passcode and the waiting room for unknown participants
  • Lock the meeting once everyone has been admitted
  • For public events, use a webinar so attendees can’t turn on mic or camera

3. Recording Consent

Inform all participants before you start recording. The platform shows a recording indicator and plays an announcement for everyone, but you remain responsible for getting consent. If someone objects, stop the recording.

4. Content Policy

Sharing illegal content, nudity, violence or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension or a permanent ban.

5. Hosting Webinars and Paid Audience Campaigns

If you host webinars or reward an audience:

  • Describe your event honestly on the registration page
  • Set fair, clear requirements for Audience Partners before they apply
  • Settle campaigns on time — qualified partners are paid from your reserved budget

6. Creators

If you sell services in the marketplace:

  • Describe your packages, delivery time and revisions accurately
  • Deliver what was ordered, on time
  • Don’t take payments outside KEZAYO for orders that started here

7. Paid Audience (Audience Partners)

For the Attend & Earn network:

  • Attend in person — bots, multiple accounts or devices and hidden tabs are against policy
  • A low reliability score makes hosts less likely to approve you
  • Hosts rate participants — consistently low ratings can lead to removal from the programme

8. Reporting

In a meeting, hosts can remove anyone who breaks these guidelines. To report a person, meeting or marketplace order, email [email protected] or open a support ticket from Help in your account; for an order, use “Report a problem” on the order.

9. Enforcement

Our Trust & Safety team decides each case. Depending on severity, actions include:

  • A warning
  • Restricting marketplace, campaign or earning features
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Withholding earnings obtained through fraud
