1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KEZAYO Meet (the "Service"), including the website, the desktop apps and the Android app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who Provides the Service
The Service is provided by BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). Registered office: Suite 209, C-104, Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. CIN: U72100UP2024PTC213229. GSTIN: 09AANCB0882D1ZM. Email: [email protected].
3. Operator, Payments, Billing and Marketing Partner
KEZAYO Meet is developed and operated by BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd. All payments (including the payment gateway), wallet balances, invoices and billing are provided and issued by BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd.
Ramaera Industries Ltd acts as the marketing partner of the Service under a separate commercial agreement with BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd. The marketing partner does not process payments, does not issue invoices to you and does not hold your funds. Any arrangement between BIDUA Industries Pvt Ltd and Ramaera Industries Ltd does not change your rights or price under these Terms.
4. Description of Service
KEZAYO Meet provides video meetings, webinars, a collaborative whiteboard, chat and file sharing, live captions, meeting reports, local recording tools, a wallet, and a marketplace where creators sell services and Audience Partners can be rewarded for attending paid meetings. Features may change as we improve the Service.
5. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in.
Each account can be in one meeting at a time.
Some features (creator selling, Audience Partner earnings and withdrawals) require identity verification (KYC) and are available only to adults (18+).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to harass others, to distribute harmful content, or to interfere with the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.
7. Content and Data
You keep ownership of the content you create or share. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit and process that content only as needed to provide the Service (for example, relaying media, keeping the meeting report, and storing shared files for 24 hours). See our Privacy Policy.
8. Recording
Recordings made with the Service are saved on the recording person’s own device; we do not store them. The Service shows a recording indicator and plays an announcement when recording starts, but the person recording is responsible for obtaining any consent required by law and for how the recording is used.
9. Plans, Wallet and Payments
Paid plans, Day Passes, bigger webinars, extra seats and marketplace orders are charged at the price shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment partner; some purchases are paid from your KEZAYO wallet balance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the list price until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Promo codes: one code per purchase; the discount applies to that payment only. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, and a used code is not returned if you cancel.
- Extra seats (if the meeting owner turns them on) are charged per extra person, once per person per room per day, from the owner’s wallet. A seat that does not connect within 2 minutes is refunded to the wallet automatically.
- Wallet balances are used to pay for KEZAYO services. Earnings from the marketplace and Audience Partner programme can be withdrawn as described in the app; tax (TDS) is deducted where required by law.
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Marketplace
Orders between hosts and creators are paid into escrow and released when the buyer approves (or automatically after the stated period). A platform fee is deducted from the creator’s share. Disputes are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, whose decision on how escrowed funds are split is final within the Service.
11. Apps
The Android app is distributed through its official Google Play listing. Desktop apps are offered from our official Download page and may not yet be signed with an Apple or Microsoft publisher certificate.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect users and the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account by contacting support.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for interruptions caused by networks, devices or third-party services.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
