Refreshing keeps you in the meeting If you refresh the page (same tab, within 5 minutes) KEZAYO takes you straight back in: "You refreshed the page — taking you straight back in." Click Cancel if you'd rather see the join screen. Leaving, being removed or the meeting ending cancels this.
Click to turn on sound After a refresh your browser may block sound until you click on the page. If you see 🔊 Click to turn on sound, click it and you'll hear everyone again.
You were away If the page sat in the background for more than 2 minutes and the connection closed, you'll see "You were away". Click Rejoin meeting — your mic and camera come back as you left them — or Leave. Shorter absences reconnect by themselves.
Network changes When your network is weak, video is reduced or paused first so audio stays clear, and you'll see a short notice. After a network change you may see "Reconnecting media after a network change…" — it recovers on its own.
If you are the host and you refresh, you keep the host role (see "Host, co-host and claim host").
