When a meeting reaches its size limit (from your plan, day pass or the room cap), the meeting owner can let more people in for a small per-person price (the current price is shown next to the switch), paid from the owner's wallet.
Turn it on • Before the meeting: in the scheduler's Advanced options, turn on Allow extra people beyond the room size and optionally set Max extra people (0 = no limit). • During the meeting: More → Host Tools → Lock Meeting, then turn on "Allow extra people beyond the room size". Only the meeting owner, signed in with their own account, can turn it on or change the limit. The owner or a host can turn it off. You need wallet credit.
How charging works • Each extra person is charged once per day for that meeting. Rejoining or refreshing the same day is not charged again; a meeting that runs again on another day is charged again. • If a paid person doesn't actually connect within 2 minutes, the seat is refunded to the owner's wallet automatically and the host sees "… did not join — the extra seat was refunded to your wallet." • The host panel shows how many extra seats were used, the amount, and how many were refunded.
Warnings Hosts and co-hosts see an amber notice when people are waiting and can't be let in, for example "Room full — 3 waiting; top up your wallet to admit more" or "Room full — extra-seat limit reached". The person trying to join sees "This meeting is full."
