What is Meeting passcode?

A passcode is a short secret that people must enter to join a meeting. It adds protection if the meeting link is shared widely.

Why it matters

A passcode adds a second secret to the link. Even if the link is shared widely, only people who also know the passcode can get in, which is useful for meetings that discuss money, people or unreleased plans.

How it works in KEZAYO Meet

Add a passcode to any KEZAYO meeting for sensitive discussions.

A practical tip

Share the passcode through a different channel from the link, and change it for recurring rooms if you suspect it has leaked.
